Big innovation starts small.

1980 was a year for trying new things. CNN launched, Pac-Man swallowed his first power pill and two entrepreneurs in Muncie, Indiana set the accounts receivables management (ARM) industry on its ear by thinking differently. The pair was Ron Fauquher and Wil Davis – our founders, and CEO and Chairman of the Board, respectively. Their ideas became Ontario Systems.

Ron and Wil saw opportunity amid the new challenges facing receivables management and revenue recovery operations. They responded by building a team with deep industry knowledge and a full portfolio of software, services and business process expertise. Together with their team, they brought innovation after innovation for their clients and continue that work today.  We’ve grown – and learned – a lot in 30+ years. We can help you do the same.
