- CEO and Co-Founder
The primary driver behind Ontario Systems products and core strategies since the company’s inception, Ron has been helping shape the receivables management industry for more than 30 years. Formerly General Motors’s Computers in Manufacturing Committee Director, responsible for more than 400 GM facilities, and current Chairman of First Merchant’s Bank, his vision and guidance have played major parts in corporate development across a number of different operations beyond healthcare and collections.
In his words, “I believe strongly that a people-centric culture is the only one that allows us to meet long-term goals. Investing in that culture has enabled us to serve customers in ways I wouldn’t be able to dream up on my own. That service allows us to support our industry, and it’s from that industry that we derive our very existence. Nearly every opportunity we have today, or will ever have, is related to our ability to create and ensure that kind of customer satisfaction.”
Ron holds degrees in Industrial Management, Economics and Finance from Purdue University and Ball State University.
- Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer
Over 15 years of experience as General Counsel, Chief Lobbyist, Executive Vice President and CEO of ACA International –The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals – and 14 years as a practicing attorney specializing in banking and financial services have made Rozanne one of the most respected experts in the industry. Her advocacy before both state and federal regulatory bodies and her influence over compliance enhancements integrated in the Ontario Systems product suite helps our clients solve their most challenging legal issues, mitigate risk, and navigate an increasing complex regulatory and legislative environment. Rozanne earned her J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law.
- Vice President and General Counsel
Integrity, passion, and a creative perspective have given Alex an edge during his time with Ontario Systems, and as an 11-year partner with Ice Miller LLP’s intellectual property group. Clients ranging from software vendors to startups to large hospitals have all sought Alex’s information technology expertise, and tapped his consult to achieve real results across a variety of legal faculties. His experience with licensing, tech transactions, and patent law comes on the heels of a J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law.
- Vice President and Controller
A strong financial leader with a well-rounded experience base that spans the financial and HR arenas, Dave Hahn has a public accounting background and vast experience with acquisition and financing activities. His 20 years of experience in leadership positions include being the Vice President – Administration and Chief Financial Officer, where he successfully led HR and Information and Technology as well as Accounting and Finance.
In his current role, Dave is responsible for financial reporting including interim and year-end audited financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and cash management. He is also responsible for banking relationship management and reporting as well as tax compliance.
Dave holds a B.S. in Accounting and Management from Ball State University and is a CPA.
- Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Nearly 20 years in the trenches. A variety of roles including product direction, strategy, and business development. Deep knowledge of collections operations. All factors that have made Jason a go-to industry and product resource for any collections operation. Today, Jason leads Ontario Systems’ sales and marketing teams, focusing on growing the company’s business in all markets served. International receivables management and entrepreneurial experience have shaped his outlook when leading Ontario Systems’ revenue generation efforts. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University in Finance.
- Vice President and Chief People Officer
Following a passion for creating environments where teams and individual employees flourish alike, Jill’s responsibility boils down to making Ontario Systems’s people a competitive advantage through our “You Powered” talent credo. Her human resource leadership experience spans across global fortune 500 companies with ConAgra Foods, The Kroger Company, and Hill-Rom Holdings validating her 20+ years of experience leading culture transformation, strategic HR planning, building teams and implementing an innovative approach to talent acquisition. Jill holds a B.S. in Economics from Purdue University and actively engages in sharing her knowledge across the human resource profession.
- Vice President, Client Services
Focusing on customer service is Jay’s passion, and customer satisfaction has been the result since he joined Ontario Systems in 1994. His responsibilities ensure our clients are well-represented not only in the field, but in our board room, where their collective voice is heard, not only by salespeople and support managers, but our leadership team. Jay has been the driving force behind many of Ontario Systems’s greatest service innovations, helping the organization to continually reinvent itself with customers in mind. Jay has served many roles here, including Client Executive and Vice President of Transformation. He holds a degree from the University of Louisville.
- Vice President, Strategy and Finance
Studies at MIT and Harvard Business School, and experience as a strategy consultant with Integral and McKinsey & Co. have shaped Melissa’s outlook on business strategy, process improvement activities, and product direction – expertise she’s applied at Ontario Systems since 2010. As Executive Council Moderator with Creative Good, she’s helped a number of executives sharpen their core competencies by creating environments where proprietary information, best practices, and insights across SEO, CRM and social media are shared comfortably among participants. She applies that broad experience while helping to steer the company each day.
- Vice President, Product Management and Marketing
Casey has more than 13 years of combined experience with Ontario Systems in sales, marketing, and strategic planning. His experience driving go-to-market efforts in the banking and finance spaces in the United States and United Kingdom offer a unique perspective to his leadership team. Operating under a people-first philosophy he believes if you take care of your people then they will take care of customers.
Armed with a B.S. from Miami University (Ohio) in Business and Management Information Systems, Casey drives Ontario Systems’s lead generation, branding, and creative services efforts.
- Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
Michael has spent more than 12 of his 18+ years in technology leadership with Ontario Systems, lending expertise to dozens of initiatives that have helped solve the most complex business problems for, and with, our clients. His focus lies on open, loyal relationships with customers, which he sees as the foundation for constant improvement across the enterprise. “The people matter above all else,” he says, “If you lose sight of that in favor of the numbers, you’re no longer conducting good business.”
Michael studied electrical engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Ball State University.
