
Ron Fauquher is CEO & Co-Founder of Ontario Systems. He is a passionate customer advocate and has been the primary driver behind the company’s products and core strategies for many years.
Ron previously held engineering and technology management positions with General Motors in Indiana and the GM Technical Center in Michigan. He also served as Corporate Director of GM’s Computers in Manufacturing Committee, responsible for technology applications in more than 400 GM facilities. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of First Merchants Bank and has served on the boards of Ontario Systems, Sherry Laboratories, CDS Leopold, Inc., and the Ontario Corporation Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Ball State University.

Melissa Norcross serves as Ontario Systems’ Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Melissa’s responsibilities focus on corporate strategy, the creation of new business opportunities, process improvement activities and product direction.
Prior to joining Ontario Systems, Melissa served as a leader at the strategy consulting firms Integral and McKinsey & Co., where she specialized in strategy and product development. Melissa also acts as a moderator for C-level executives at Creative Good’s The Councils, an organization focused on providing executive social networks for companies committed to providing superior online customer experience.
Melissa earned a Chemical Engineering degree from MIT and an MBA from Harvard.

As Ontario Systems’ General Counsel, Alex is responsible for the legal department and oversees all legal matters for the company. His responsibilities include risk, contract, and litigation management, as well as intellectual property protection and enforcement, and general corporate legal needs. Alex joined Ontario Systems from Ice Miller LLP, where he served as a partner in Ice Miller's intellectual property group. His practice focused on assisting clients with their intellectual property and technology issues.
Alex earned his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, as well as an undergraduate degree in microbiology and environmental studies from Indiana University – Bloomington.

Jason Harrington leads Ontario Systems’ network of direct and channel sales teams. Jason has more than 17 years of industry experience. Since joining Ontario Systems in 1995, he has served in various roles from sales, to product development and most recently as Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development.

Rozanne Andersen , J.D., serves as Ontario Systems’ Vice President of Business Development and Chief Compliance Officer. She is responsible for leading Ontario Systems’ corporate efforts and response to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s launch of compliance examinations in the ARM industry. Rozanne also works with the sales and business development teams in developing new revenue. Rozanne is a recognized thought leader in the area of compliance. Her advocacy work on behalf of the credit and collection industry has resulted in landmark legislation and regulation at both the state level and at the federal level with regard to the FDCPA, FCRA and HIPAA.

Jay Moorman is Ontario Systems’ Vice President of Client Services and leads our client services and professional services teams with a specific focus on improving customer satisfaction in all areas. Jay has almost 20 years of client services leadership experience with Ontario Systems. His passion toward customer satisfaction makes him a strong client advocate and leader within the organization.

Jill’s responsibility as leader of Ontario Systems human resources department is to foster a high-performance culture where top talent thrives in an environment of open communication, accountability, customer focus, integrity and people have a shared passion to excel. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, talent acquisition and management, organization development, total rewards, change leadership, and engagement.
Jill’s 20-year career includes a well-established background in human resources and operations with companies including Hill-Rom, ConAgra Foods, NABISCO and The Kroger Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Purdue University, is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is actively involved in several community organizations.

Michael Wolfe drives the information organization for Ontario Systems as the thought leader and visionary responsible for transforming the team into a strategic asset. By optimizing the core processes of the company with high levels of automation and integrated systems, the company will be poised for rapid growth in existing and new markets. Michael has led the company into offering software as a service and developing cloud-based products and services. Michael has deep domain expertise in database design and administration, networking, application design, architecture, disaster recovery, social media, innovation, and process engineering. With 10 years of experience at Ontario Systems and 18 years in software and technology, his technical education includes electrical engineering work at Rose-Hulman University and a degree from Ball State University in computer science.
