Three Day Event Provides Wide Range of Content on FACS, Artiva RM, and Artiva Healthcare
Muncie, IN (June 19, 2012) – Ontario Systems, a leading provider of accounts receivable management software, recently announced its annual user conference will be held August 6 – 8, 2012, in downtown Indianapolis at the JW Marriott hotel and conference center. The three-day event’s theme is ‘Play to Win’ and is designed to help Ontario Systems’ ARM and healthcare customers look for new ways to win more profitable business, advance their collections operation, and to stay in front of new and changing regulations. “‘Play to Win' reflects our customers’ commitment to hard work and preparation,” said Tony Reisz, CEO of Ontario Systems. “Like any world-class athlete, they suit up every day and play the game to the best of their ability. They are always looking for ways to develop themselves for peak performance in order to find an edge over their competition. Our conference will give them the specific tools and information they need to raise their game to an even higher level.”
The conference kicks off with inspiring and world-renowned keynote speaker Verne Harnish, and features six tracks designed for executives, managers and hands-on users. This year's expanded schedule will focus on how to profitably navigate the increasingly complex issues collections businesses and operations are currently facing. Drawing on the expertise of speakers and presenters with deep industry insight, topics include ARM compliance and legislative issues, how to more effectively use accumulated data, implementing new and more effective contact strategies, how to capitalize on partner services, and sessions that address issues unique to the healthcare industry.
The conference includes over 30 break-out sessions, dozens of product demos, and hundreds to network with, plus live music and other fun activities to allow Ontario Systems clients the ability to relax and recharge. Ontario Systems’ Monday evening awards ceremony is being held at the NCAA’s Hall of Champions (World headquarters for the NCAA) and events revolving around the Indianapolis Indians, who host games directly across the street from the hotel, are being planned.
“We’re thrilled to bring this year’s conference back to Indianapolis,” said Rozanne Andersen, Chief Marketing Officer of Ontario Systems. “This year’s ‘Play to Win’ theme allows us to capitalize on the competitive environment our clients work within each day, in an incredible sports-focused city that has recently hosted events such as the Super Bowl, NCAA Final Four and the Indianapolis 500. Ultimately, we want our clients to leave this conference feeling educated, confident with the tools they use from Ontario Systems and motivated to advance their businesses and beat their competition.”
