Ontario Systems Named a Best Place to Work in Indiana by Indiana Chamber

Technology and services provider to the healthcare, ARM and government markets will accept award May 2 in Indianapolis

MUNCIE, Ind. (February 22, 2017) – Ontario Systems, a leading software and services provider to the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), accounts receivable management (ARM) and government (GOV) markets, announced it has been named to the 12th annual list of the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, its third placement on that list in as many years. The company continues to credit its staff and You-Powered Talent Credo for the honor.

"Culture is not a fad to our organization - It's been woven into our vision and core values since the very beginning," says Jill Lehman, Ontario Systems Chief People Officer. "It's an honor to receive this recognition for a third consecutive year. 2016 was a period of exponential growth for our company, and that impacts culture. It's been exciting to welcome over 125 new associates, but growth requires a conscious focus on people, their talent, and cooperation and harmony among them to be a success. Our people are our advantage, and they're what makes our business and customers successful, and our local communities better. It's humbling to be recognized for that value."

Ontario Systems has been named a Best Place to Work in Indiana in the large company category, reflecting its current head count of more than 400 associates working together to build software and other products that help safeguard the U.S. credit industry, and drive economic opportunity and prosperity throughout the country. Eligible companies in the category included those representing 250-999 U.S. employees, while small companies, medium companies, and major companies represented 15-74, 75-249, and 1,000+ employees, respectively. Out-of-state parent companies were eligible to participate if at least 15 of their full-time employees are in Indiana.

"Ontario Systems is an exceptional place to work," says Ed Formanek, Consultant with Ontario Systems. "I know my job matters here, and that my efforts are recognized and appreciated by management, my peers, and our clients. It's a place where I get to work with many unique and talented people who work toward a shared purpose, in a culture of professionalism and respect."

"Ontario Systems' culture means more than a focus on developing the best product and talent - Our vision extends to both community and family," says Gretchen Binney, Ontario Systems Project Coordinator. "This holistic approach to business that reaches beyond our walls, and the real impact it has, is why I love working here."
