Regional Sales Manager (Healthcare)

Job location: Western United States

Ontario Systems, headquartered in Muncie, Ind., is seeking outstanding individuals for the position of Regional Sales Manager, located in the Western United States, for the healthcare industry.

Qualified candidates will possess appropriate experience and skills to sell Ontario Systems' products and services using technical, industry, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying Ontario Systems' products and services to their needs. Selected individuals will prospect for; demonstrate products to, and consistently follow-up with potential clients. Individuals selected will work from their home office in the Western United States, traveling to regional client locations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching, developing, and maximizing sales opportunities for assigned accounts
  • Establishing long-term, ongoing positive client relationships, conducting regular site visits
  • Meeting established sales quotas and revenue goals
  • Providing accurate sales forecasting for budget planning
  • Maintaining current understanding of industry trends and technical developments affecting assigned accounts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years business to business sales experience required
  • Experience with selling to C-Level healthcare executives required
  • Proven track record in new business generation and quota achievement in healthcare sales required
  • Knowledge of healthcare business office processes and technology needs beneficial
  • Exemplary relationship building and communication skills required
  • Sales experience in high-ticket sales, software sales, and individual selling preferred
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the collection and receivables management industry beneficial
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time nationwide
  • Permanent resident status required (unable to provide visa sponsorship)
