Support Consultant (Telephony)

Job location: Muncie, IN

The individual selected will provide excellent support and service to company clients through resolution of telephony software investigations, quality assurance of the application through testing and training of the application.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in computers, business, accounting, or other related fields is required
• Customer service background in a similar field and proven analytical skills is required
• Experience or education in supporting complex software systems is beneficial
• Basic understanding of programming concepts is beneficial
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Permanent resident status required (unable to provide visa sponsorship)
