Project Consultant
Job location: Berlin, OH
The individuals selected will assist in the implementation of application software for new Ontario Systems clients in an effort to ensure a smooth transition onto the Ontario Systems product family. This individual will participate in and assist with onsite requirements analysis to identify relevant project issues and client needs; obtain a thorough understanding of the client's business processes and system requirements; and assist the client in applying business rules/strategies to the software application requirements. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for meeting deadlines, including adhering to the project timeline, and create and perform application training as needed for a successful implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Information Systems or Business (Accounting, Management); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1-5 years related experience or education in first party and/or third party receivables management and/or implementing and training complex software systems
- Education or experience must include teaching/instructing; software troubleshooting; experience managing sort (up to 3 months) to long-range (6 to 12 months) projects
- Experience in managing multiple issues with an emphasis on meeting deadlines
- Customer service skills and good communication skills
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment and motivate others in leading by example
- Ability to proactively and assertively convey concerns and issues to clients
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with all personality types
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel 4-7 days per month nationwide
- Permanent resident status required (unable to provide visa sponsorship)
