Business Analysts have the ability to make an impact into the future direction of company products to solve key customer and market needs. Business Analysts serve as subject matter experts within a prescribed area of product functionality, facilitating knowledge transfer within the company and creating detailed requirements and use case development. Individuals in this position provide detailed deliverables directly serving the Engineering Group in the design and construction of market-driven solutions. Business Analysts derive detailed deliverables by consultative interaction with clients to gain real-world insight into use cases; act as subject matter experts, collaborating with sales, support, professional services, engineering and marketing in the product/release launch; assists sales with responses to request for proposals and client/prospect visits; and informs market/product leadership of observed technological and functional trends and changes in the marketplace.

**Qualifications: **

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas

An advanced degree, such as MBA, is preferred

Over five years of direct experience in a business analysis role, managing enterprise-class software products, is required

Experience and in depth understanding of the receivables management and recovery markets preferred

Experience with identifying business problems and an in depth understanding of the impact to product functionality

Experience elaborating functional requirements by deriving detailed requirements and associated use cases; performing exploratory data analysis; and responding to market needs through efficiently generated detailed requirement deliverables

Experience performing exploratory data analysis

Applicable experience in assessing market/customer needs and incorporating results into software products and services

Experience in maintaining product roadmaps and determining strategic, prioritized customer and market requirements

Experience in presenting technical presentations and product demonstrations at customer briefings, industry conferences, industry analyst briefings, etc.

Experience in producing competitive analysis materials comparing products with key competitors

Ability to work well in a team environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills
