Project Manager
Job location: Muncie, IN
The individual selected for this position will coordinate the implementation process for new Ontario Systems' clients in an effort to ensure a smooth and timely transition onto the Ontario Systems' family of products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or at least one to two years of related experience (equivalent combination of education and experience accepted)
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience in managing short (up to 3 months) to long range (6 to 12 months) projects preferred
- Experience in managing multiple issues/projects with an emphasis on meeting deadlines preferred
- Experience managing distributed teams preferred
- Practical experience with the core project management knowledge areas as defined in PMI's A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (includes risk, scope, communications, time, cost, etc.) preferred
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project preferred
- Experience controlling projects/measuring performance (various metrics, earned value analysis, etc.) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Permanent resident status required (unable to provide visa sponsorship)
