Company History

Wilbur R. Davis and Ronald K. Fauquher spent most of the 1970s working on the cutting-edge of technology. They programmed mini and microcomputers to perform manufacturing tasks for the world's largest automotive corporation.

The pair founded Ontario Systems in 1980, capitalizing on the emerging trend of microprocessor technologies. They quickly established a small, but distinguished, client base and provided custom software services.

In an early project, they saw an opportunity to leverage their talent by creating products to serve the information intensive collection and accounts receivable management industry.

Ontario Systems had entered the national market by demonstrating its FACS product at the 1984 annual convention of the American Collectors Association.

Ontario Systems' seamlessly integrated suite of debt collection software products has become the most widely used in the debt collection industry. Located in Muncie Ind., Ontario Systems has grown into a company with nearly 500 employees and more than 500 client offices throughout the world.
