New Client Sales — Third Party

Mike Mullins
Vice President, Sales
Mike Mullins is vice president of new client sales for Ontario Systems'
third-party collections, collection attorney and debt buyer markets. He
oversees sales opportunities in these industries and the representatives
who concentrate on selling to them.
Mullins joined Ontario Systems in 1990 as a member of the client
services team. In addition, Mullins has been a regional sales manager and
national sales director. |

Shawn Kerrigan
Regional Sales Manager
Shawn Kerrigan is a regional sales manager in the sales department.
He is responsible for creating new opportunities for prospective clients
He provides solutions for the receivables management industry by
offering the Artiva family of products, which provides a complete solution
for the entire receivables continuum.
Kerrigan joined Ontario Systems in 1999. During his time with the
company he has been a regional sales manager for FACS products, national
sales manager for CT Vision products and director of sales development

Ed Chates
Regional Sales Manager
Ed Chates is a regional sales manager in the sales department. He is
responsible for creating new opportunities for prospective clients.
He provides solutions for the receivables management industry by
offering the Artiva family of products, which provides a complete solution
for the entire receivables continuum.
Chates joined Ontario Systems in 2007.

New Client Sales — Healthcare

Steve Beard
Vice President, Strategic Relations
Steve Beard is vice president of strategic relations, where he
researches and creates opportunities to establish relationships with key
industry consultants, system integrators and systems manufacturers. These
partnerships open additional sales channels and, in many cases, help
combine Ontario Systems' receivables management technology with other
businesses' processes.
Beard began his career with Ontario Systems in 1985 as a regional sales
manager selling the FACS product. In his time with the company, he has
served in various capacities including positions as FACS national sales
manager and vice president for the FACS systems division, as well as vice
president and general manager of the call center systems division and the
healthcare services division.

Ron Kochanski
National Account Representative, Healthcare
Ron Kochanski is a regional sales manager in the sales department. His
responsibilities include creating opportunities for prospective healthcare
clients
He provides solutions for the healthcare industry by offering the
Artiva Healthcare system and its complementary products, which help
hospitals reduce bad debt, increase cash flow and improve patient care.
He joined the Ontario Systems sales team in January 2008. He began his
career in various systems and operational positions for Baxter Healthcare
Corp. and later directed a group purchasing program at Premier Hospitals
Alliance. Before joining Ontario Systems, he spent 14 years in healthcare
revenue cycle outsourcing. Kochanski received a bachelor’s degree in
business administration from Michigan State University and is a member of
the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Bob Lamaster
Regional Sales Manager
Bob Lamaster is a regional sales manager in the healthcare department.
His responsibilities include creating opportunities for prospective
healthcare clients.
He provides solutions for the healthcare industry by offering the
Artiva Healthcare system and its complementary products, which help
hospitals reduce bad debt, increase cash flow and improve patient care.
Lamaster joined Ontario Systems’ sales team in May 2004. Before joining
Ontario Systems, Lamaster worked for one of Indiana’s leading consulting
firms. He has been in technology solution sales since 1994.

Randy Tempest
National Account Representative, Healthcare
Randy Tempest is the healthcare national account representative in the
sales department. His responsibilities include maintaining current
relationships with Ontario Systems’ healthcare customers and creating new
opportunities for prospective healthcare clients.
Tempest joined Ontario Systems in January 1995 as part of the sales
team. He went on to handle support issues for the ARM team and also worked
in the business development group before moving to sales in 1997. Before
joining Ontario Systems, Tempest worked for one of the nation’s largest
life insurance companies.

New Client Sales — Credit Grantors

Casey Stanley
Sales Director, Financial Services
Casey Stanley is Ontario Systems’ sales director for financial services.
His responsibilities include prospecting, demonstrating, negotiating
contracts and selling Ontario Systems’ products and services to those in
the first-party market.
Stanley joined the company in 1998 as a client services representative,
where he provided support, resolved issues and installed systems for the
company's third-party clients. Soon after, he became an emerging technology
analyst in the strategic marketing department, researching new technology
and trends for Ontario Systems' products and markets. He joined the sales
team in 1999.

Existing Client Sales

Mike Meyer
Vice President, Sales
Mike Meyer is vice president of national/strategic account sales, where
he concentrates on selling Ontario Systems' products and services to
national customers.
Meyer joined Ontario Systems in 1990 where he began in client services
doing installations, conversions and troubleshooting. He moved to inside
sales in August of that year. Within months he moved to outside sales
where he served as a regional sales manager for nearly 10 years. He also
served as national sales director for two years before moving into his
current position.

Ben Moulton
National Account Representative
Ben Moulton is a national account representative in the sales
department. His responsibilities include prospecting and completing sales
for existing Ontario Systems clients.
Moulton joined Ontario Systems in 2001 as an application specialist
for clients using the CT Vision system. In this position he supported the
company's first-party clients by logging and solving investigations.

Mark LaBoyteaux
National Account Representative
Mark LaBoyteaux is a national account representative. His
responsibilities include maintaining existing client relationships and
selling Ontario Systems' products and services for large, multi-site
customers.
LaBoyteaux joined Ontario Systems in 2000 as an application consultant
in the financial services group. In this position, he prepared for and
coordinated pre-installations of the CT Vision system.

Ron Rufatto
Client Sales Representative
Ron Rufatto is a client sales representative in the sales department.
His responsibilities include prospecting and completing sales for existing
Ontario Systems clients.
He joined Ontario Systems in 1995 as regional sales manager. During
this time, he also has been an account representative and a manager of
inside sales.
Rufatto's previous experience includes nearly three decades in sales
in the technology industry. He spent 28 years with a national data
processing firm. Throughout his career, he has served in many levels of
sales and management including, managing a branch staff of 20 employees,
and as part of a district staff responsible for product promotion, which
encompassed 15 branches.

Sales Administration

Brad Chenoweth
Vice President, Sales
Brad Chenoweth is vice president of sales responsible for sales to
existing clients.
Chenoweth joined Ontario Systems in 1994 as a regional sales manager
with responsibilities for the sale of the FACS product. From this
position, he assumed responsibility for the outside sales team and
then became director of national sales where he had responsibilities for
the entire sales operation. In 2001, he accepted the assignment as vice
president of client services with responsibility for support,
implementation and business development.

Jon Unger
Director, Sales Administration
Jon Unger is director of sales administration. He is responsible for
managing the inside sales team and supporting the entire sales group. He
also serves as a back up for general counsel in contract management and
supports the vice presidents of sales with required reporting for the
Ontario Systems officer group.
Unger began at Ontario Systems in 1990 in the client services
department. He then moved to the sales department, where he was
responsible for sales to existing clients and became manager of upgrade
sales in 1995. He was Ontario Systems’ facility manager for two years
before joining Ontario Corporation as director of facilities and risk
management. He rejoined Ontario Systems in April 2003.

Carol Richardson
Administrative Assistant
Carol Richardson is an administrative assistant in the sales department.
Her responsibilities include preparing and processing orders, quotes and
letters. She helps maintain master sales files, documents and templates,
and sends company materials to prospects and clients. Richardson also
provides assistance to various other departments within the company.
