register for the conference as well as meet with the Application Support team.
You will have the opportunity to review open investigations, ask questions
and get to know the folks that take your calls.

- In-depth Data Structures/Crystal Reports Training
- A detailed understanding of the Artiva Healthcare data
structure is fundamental when it comes to creating powerful reports.
This class will focus on the step by step approach of accessing the Artiva
Healthcare data structure and building multi-relational Crystal Reports.
The instructor will guide you through the most effective method of selecting
data elements, joining tables, and building criteria for complex reports.

- Workflow - From Conception to Implementation
- This hands-on workflow class will begin with an enhancement
request and step through the process of building requirements, design, and test,
finally implementing this change into the production database. This class will
review workflow Phases, Actions, Events and Options.

- System Admin 101
- This class will review the many challenges that face
Artiva/CT Vision Administrators today. This class will encompass the following
topics:
- Pools & pool build strategies
- Scheduling Tasks within Artiva
- Workstation scheduler
- Command procedures
- Portfolis
- Workflow Monitor
- Free space
- Reports

- Script Training
- A detailed understanding of Artiva Scripts (Logic Blocks)
provides system administrators with the tools needed to extend the Artiva/CT
Vision Healthcare system. This hands on class will review various script functions
and methods and show how to efficiently create and attach scripts to various events
within the system. Ontario Systems will provide both basic and advanced scripting
classes depending on experience of attendees.
