At Ontario Systems, innovation isn’t just our calling card. It’s our personal responsibility. That’s why we created an Innovation Filter that’s powered by ideas from our associates and clients. All ideas go through a deliberate process which results in enhancements to existing products and services or even new ones. The innovation filter allows us to vet creative ideas and apply comprehensive business criteria to each one of the ideas. The evaluation process is a multidisciplinary approach which includes individual departments, marketing, development, strategy, and finance, helping to refine the ideas before they are presented to the Innovation Board.

It’s a process that’s generated new and improved products, services, features and processes, and has even introduced business, organizational, customer service and partner models for consideration.
