Management Team

Tony R

As President and CEO, Tony is responsible for the overall strategy, performance, profitability, and culture of Ontario Systems. Since joining Ontario Systems in 2008, he has led the company through a successful rapid and transparent, transformation effort. Tony brings an extensive background in executive leadership, strategic planning, corporate vision and direction-setting, operations management, mergers and acquisitions, and business development.

Prior to joining Ontario, Tony served as President of Insurity, Inc., a division of ChoicePoint which was acquired by Lexis Nexis. During his time there, he served as President and transformed the company into a material part of ChoicePoint’s revenue, profitability and market capitalization. Before joining Insurity, Tony served in a number of leadership and management positions with Dun & Bradstreet/R.H. Donnelley Corporation in the U.S. and Asia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Dayton.

 

Elizabeth Salomon

As CFO, Elizabeth oversees all aspects of Ontario Systems’ financial management, including financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, tax, purchasing and facilities as well as the company’s funding and capital strategy. She also plays a critical role in developing organization strategy and assessing performance.

Elizabeth joined Ontario from LexisNexis (formerly ChoicePoint) Insurance Services, where she served as divisional CFO. In her 26-year career, Elizabeth has held a variety of finance, auditing and operational leadership roles, including Senior Vice President at Bank of America, Senior Manager with Ernst & Young and Vice President for a start-up technology company. A CPA, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.

 

 

Dave is responsible for Ontario Systems’ operations, technology, and services. This includes the technology roadmaps, R&D, technology architecture, SaaS operations, quality assurance, professional services, and the company’s information technology functions.

Bringing a wealth of experience in technology, sales, client services and product management, Dave joined us from Insurity, Inc., where he served as president and before that as senior vice president of client engagement. He was also a cofounder of Star Solutions, a software business that delivered commercial policy rating and administration solutions to the property/casualty insurance industry, and was sold to ePolicy in 2001. 

Dave is a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.

 


Ronald F

Ron leads Ontario Systems’ strategy formulation and new business acquisition operations. He has responsibility for long-term strategic planning, implementation of the company’s Balanced Scorecard Management System, compliance initiatives, company acquisition and business development activities. As co-founder of Ontario Systems and former chief operating officer, he brings more than 35 years in technology development and corporate management experience to the firm.

Ron previously held engineering and technology management positions with General Motors in Indiana and the GM Technical Center in Michigan. He also served as Corporate Director of GM’s Computers in Manufacturing Committee, responsible for technology applications in more than 400 GM facilities. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of First Merchants Bank and has served on the boards of Ontario Systems, Sherry Laboratories, CDS Leopold, Inc., and the Ontario Corporation Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Ball State University.

 

Jay leads our Services teams which are responsible for product adoption and utilization, value added services, and fulfillment of our client service mission.   Jay’s emphasis on building lasting partnerships with our clients along with his background in driving operational excellence make him a strong client advocate and leader.  This passion for service is demonstrated through his Professional Services and Client Services teams.  Jay is a recognized industry speaker for customer support, operational efficiencies, and technical support. 

Having joined the company in 1994, he has served most recently as Vice President of Transformation, overseeing the execution of strategic corporate plans and operational achievements. Prior to that, Jay was Vice President of Client Services leading Technical Client Support, Professional Services, Consulting and Business Development.  Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisville.

 

Rozanne Andersen, J.D., serves as Ontario Systems’ in-house legal and compliance counsel and oversees the sales and marketing teams. Her expertise keeps Ontario Systems on top of the constantly changing legal and regulatory environment, ensuring products and services help clients comply with the broad spectrum of state and federal requirements. 

Rozanne previously served the members of ACA International, The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals for over 14 years, most recently as CEO. Her advocacy work on behalf of the credit and collection industry has resulted in landmark legislation and regulation at both the state level and at the federal level with regard to the FDCPA, FCRA and HIPAA.

Rozanne received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law. She has been named Attorney of the Year by Minnesota Lawyer magazine and was profiled by Collections and Credit Risk magazine as one of the “Five Women You Should Know.” She is a writer, blogger and experienced public speaker at many industry events.

 

 

Jill’s responsibility as leader of Ontario Systems human resources department is to foster a high-performance culture where top talent thrives in an environment of open communication, accountability, customer focus, integrity and people have a shared passion to excel. Her responsibilities include strategic planning, talent acquisition and management, organization development, total rewards, change leadership, and engagement.

Jill’s 20-year career includes a well-established background in human resources and operations with companies including Hill-Rom, ConAgra Foods, NABISCO and The Kroger Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Purdue University, is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is actively involved in several community organizations.

 


Michael Wolfe drives the information organization for Ontario Systems as the thought leader and visionary responsible for transforming the team into a strategic asset.  By optimizing the core processes of the company with high levels of automation and integrated systems, the company will be poised for rapid growth in existing and new markets. Michael has led the company into offering software as a service and developing cloud-based products and services.

Michael has deep domain expertise in database design and administration, networking, application design, architecture, disaster recovery, social media, innovation, and process engineering. With 10 years of experience at Ontario Systems and 18 years in software and technology, his technical education includes electrical engineering work at Rose-Hulman University and a degree from Ball State University in computer science.
