
As President and CEO, Tony is responsible for the overall strategy, performance, profitability, and culture of Ontario Systems. Since joining Ontario Systems in 2008, he has led the company through a successful rapid and transparent, transformation effort. Tony brings an extensive background in executive leadership, strategic planning, corporate vision and direction-setting, operations management, mergers and acquisitions, and business development.
Prior to joining Ontario, Tony served as President of Insurity, Inc., a division of ChoicePoint which was acquired by Lexis Nexis. During his time there, he served as President and transformed the company into a material part of ChoicePoint’s revenue, profitability and market capitalization. Before joining Insurity, Tony served in a number of leadership and management positions with Dun & Bradstreet/R.H. Donnelley Corporation in the U.S. and Asia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Dayton.

Mike, an award winning software industry executive, is responsible for Ontario Systems’ operations, technology, and services. This includes the product and technology roadmaps, R&D, technology architecture, SaaS operations, quality assurance, business development, professional services, client support and the company’s information technology functions.
Mike brings to Ontario several years of experience in starting, growing, and turning around technology companies. Mike served as CTO of Insurity’s insurance vertical software division. During his time at Microsoft, he was a key manager on several large scale product development efforts focused on Service Oriented Architecture and workflow technologies. Mike has served as CIO for several other companies, including a direct marketing firm responsible for inbound and outbound telemarketing, receivables management and collections.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and studied at Cambridge University in England.

As CFO, Elizabeth oversees all aspects of Ontario Systems’ financial management, including financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, tax, purchasing and facilities as well as the company’s funding and capital strategy. She also plays a critical role in developing organization strategy and assessing performance.
Elizabeth joined Ontario from LexisNexis (formerly ChoicePoint) Insurance Services, where she served as divisional CFO. In her 26-year career, Elizabeth has held a variety of finance, auditing and operational leadership roles, including Senior Vice President at Bank of America, Senior Manager with Ernst & Young and Vice President for a start-up technology company. A CPA, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.

Ron leads Ontario Systems’ strategy formulation and new business acquisition operations. He has responsibility for long-term strategic planning, implementation of the company’s Balanced Scorecard Management System, compliance initiatives, company acquisition and business development activities. As co-founder of Ontario Systems and former chief operating officer, he brings more than 35 years in technology development and corporate management experience to the firm.
Ron previously held engineering and technology management positions with General Motors in Indiana and the GM Technical Center in Michigan. He also served as Corporate Director of GM’s Computers in Manufacturing Committee, responsible for technology applications in more than 400 GM facilities. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of First Merchants Bank and has served on the boards of Ontario Systems, Sherry Laboratories, CDS Leopold, Inc., and the Ontario Corporation Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University and a master’s degree in Economics and Finance from Ball State University.

LeAnne is responsible for Ontario System’s comprehensive marketing strategy, which includes corporate and product marketing, public relations, advertising, events, sales training, and communications. In addition to directing all marketing activities, she is the key liaison between the company’s sales and marketing teams, ensuring that all marketing efforts are on target, impactful and effective.
She has more than 12 years experience driving new product strategy in healthcare, most recently serving as Senior Director, Business Development/Marketing for The Advisory Board, a healthcare research firm. She previously served as Program Director of 360° Health for WellPoint, the country’s largest health insurance carrier. Prior to that she was Vice President, Services and Support, for Mezzia, a healthcare software and services company.
LeAnne holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Anderson University. She is also a graduate of the Healthcare Leadership Institute at Georgetown University.

Jan is responsible for all human resources strategy and development, including talent acquisition, organizational development, associate relations, total rewards and payroll. She also is charged with promoting and advancing corporate culture.
Jan has 23 years of human resources and senior leadership experience in the technology, supply chain and manufacturing sectors and in high-tech, international, and start-up environments. Prior to joining Ontario, she was Vice President of Human Resources for Bernick’s Beverages and Vending, a privately held Minnesota company providing beverage, vending and food solutions. She previously served in leadership roles in human resources and operations at IBM. Jan holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from South Dakota State University and a master’s in Organizational Management and Human Resources Development from Manhattanville College.

Jay leads our Client Services team and is responsible for ensuring our customers success and exceeding their expectations. His long-time customer focus and background in driving operational excellence makes him a strong client advocate and leader for our client support teams. Jay is a recognized industry speaker for customer support, operational efficiencies, and technical support.
Having joined the company in 1994, he most recently served as Vice President of Transformation, overseeing the execution of strategic corporate plans and operational achievements. Prior to that he was Vice President overseeing Technical Client Support, Professional Services, Sales Consulting and Business Development. Jay holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisville.
