Ontario Systems Signs with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center

MUNCIE, INDIANA — (April 15, 2009) — Ontario Systems, LLC, a provider of revenue cycle management and collection management services and software for the health care and debt management industries, today announces a multi-year contract with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC), the nation’s premier cancer center. MSKCC has purchased Ontario Systems’ Revenue Savvy to manage the Center’s revenue cycle using powerful new tools to follow up on third-party claims and manage the claim denial process.

Third-Party Follow-up and Self-Pay, the foundation of Revenue Savvy, are comprehensive revenue cycle solutions, which integrate Ontario Systems’ best practices to better manage the revenue cycle -- reduce days outstanding, optimize efficiency, and enhance productivity to increase cash collections. Revenue Savvy’s functionality also includes Pre-Registration, which verifies insurance, estimate bills, among others; Financial Assistance, created to assess patient eligibility following government funding; and Vendor Management, an assignment system to write off bad debt, send information to the collection agency, and assign it to vendor management.
