GCFlex includes these cloud-based capabilities:

  • High-volume outbound messaging platform delivers FOTI-compliant messages for attended and unattended campaigns to consumers. GCFlex can be easily   customized to reflect your company’s specific messages, and scaled up or down quickly to drive inbound volume to your agents.
     
  • Full predictive dialer lets your agents speak with more consumers in a shorter time, listen to fewer answering machines and talk to more right parties. It supports VoIP and TDM agent connections with virtually unlimited capacity. Outbound dialing is adjusted to maintain target connect rates and hold times. 
     
  • Inbound IVR with self-cure script enables consumers to use the IVR to make electronic payments, requests to speak with an agent or collect other information. As a result, you can service low-balance accounts for pennies, delivering incremental revenue and profit, allowing valuable agent time to be spent on high-balance debt.
