Ontario Systems Announces Fielded Credit Reports

Ontario Systems announced the availability of fielded credit reports from Experian and TransUnion when using the OSC Link™ product in conjunction with the FACS® system. Previously, credit reports were available as print image reports attached at the account level and each report was reviewed for analysis. Using fielded credit reports, all analysis and decision-making can be automated according to business rules.

Fielded credit reports increase staff productivity since reports are not required to be analyzed manually. Because manual analysis isn't required before being referred to a representative, the collection process can begin sooner while maintaining a high probability of collection success.

Print image reports can be requested along with the fielded report if desired and will still be attached to the account and available for review when necessary.
