Ontario Systems Announces Artiva Healthcare

Ontario Systems announces the availability of its Artiva Healthcare system. Building on the success of its CT Vision® product, the Artiva Healthcare system is part of the company's new vision for receivables management software. The product maintains the CT Vision product's functionality while significantly enhancing account representative and administrator experiences.

The account representative interface is more intuitive and is expected to decrease training time and increase productivity. The interface reflects the user's role by displaying pertinent information and by providing unique user privileges. For example, patient account representatives access different screens than a patient accounts director or a chief financial officer. Windows are reused where roles overlap, which decreases set-up time.

The Artiva Healthcare system also provides a design studio, known as Artiva Studio, where administrators can easily build workflows and account strategies without outside help or IT intervention. The graphical interface minimizes training time and makes complicated tasks easier to perform. Ontario Systems provides a "best practices" template of workflow and account strategies; Artiva Studio equips administrators to modify the template to reflect specific needs.
