Ron Fauquher

Ron Fauquher

CEO and Co-Founder

As the CEO of Ontario Systems, and co-founder along with Wil Davis, Ron is the primary driver behind the company’s products and core strategies, and has been helping shape the receivables management industry for more than 35 years.

Formerly General Motors’ Computers in Manufacturing Committee Director, responsible for more than 400 GM facilities, his vision and guidance have played major parts in corporate development across a number of different operations beyond healthcare, ARM and government, including semiconductor equipment manufacturing, environmental and metallurgical laboratory testing, private and public foundation governance, publicly-owned banking, oil equipment manufacturing and real estate development. Along with Ontario Systems’, he currently sits on boards with First Merchants Bank, Innovation Connector, the George & Frances Ball Foundation, Ivy Tech State College Foundation, Ascend and others.

In his words, “I believe strongly that a people-centric culture is the only one that allows us to meet long-term goals. Investing in that culture has enabled us to serve customers in ways I wouldn’t be able to dream up on my own. That service enables us to support our industry, and it’s from that industry that we derive our very existence. Ron holds degrees in Industrial Management, Economics and Finance from Purdue University and Ball State University.

With 23+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, technical support, software operations, contact management and finance, Jason’s diverse background has enabled a truly integrated vantage to his leadership at Ontario Systems. As President, he leads all of the company’s operational functions, including marketing, sales, account and product management, professional services, customer care, engineering and quality control, capitalizing on experience serving clients in a wide variety of industries, including first- and third-party ARM, and self-service markets including financial services like credit card, mortgage banking, draft product and auto, along with student loan, active and charge-off healthcare, and governments large and small. He is deeply involved in corporate strategy, and with the company’s CEO and board of directors. Jason’s belief that success relies on meaningful industry connection and exceptional customer experiences has made him a regular contributor to industry conversation predicting trends in healthcare, government and private sector accounts receivable management, and a pioneer in high-value solution and service delivery models in collaboration with Ontario Systems customers.

Rozanne Andersen

Rozanne Andersen

Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer

A passionate advocate for the accounts receivables management industry before Federal and state legislative and regulatory bodies, Rozanne’s 20 plus years as General Counsel, Chief Lobbyist, Executive Vice President and CEO of ACA International The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals, and her experience as an attorney in private practice specializing in banking and financial services, have made Rozanne one of the most respected experts in the industry.

As the Chief Compliance Officer for Ontario Systems, Rozanne is responsible for driving the company’s consumer financial law compliance program, designing innovative compliance solutions for Ontario Systems’ RCM, ARM and GOV products, and leading the company’s Compliance Consulting Services and Compliance Outsourcing programs. Her influence over compliance enhancements integrated in the Ontario Systems product suite helps our clients solve their most challenging legal issues, mitigate risk and navigate an increasingly complex regulatory and legislative environment. Rozanne earned her J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law.

Roger Carney

Vice President, Operations

Roger has worked in the ARM industry for more than 25 years, having filled a variety of senior leadership positions across multiple technology, agency, and business process outsourcing verticals. Before joining Ontario Systems in 2014, he spent more than 15 years as an executive leader in the BPO segment of the ARM market. Roger's experience growing on- and off-shore multi-location call center operations for some of the largest brands in the industry is an asset to the teams he serves.

Integrity, passion and a creative perspective have given Alex an edge during his time with Ontario Systems, and as an 11-year partner with Ice Miller LLP’s intellectual property group. Clients ranging from software vendors to startups to large hospitals have all sought Alex’s information technology expertise, and tapped his consult to achieve real results across a variety of legal faculties. His experience with licensing, tech transactions and patent law comes on the heels of a J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law.

Dave Hahn

Vice President, Finance

A strong leader with a public accounting background and experience in both finance and HR, Dave has driven successful acquisition and financing activities for more than 20 years. Serving roles that have included Vice President – Administration and Chief Financial Officer, and in his current position, Dave has been responsible for financial reporting including interim and year-end audited financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and cash management. He is also responsible for banking relationship management and reporting as well as tax compliance. Dave holds a B.S. in Accounting and Management from Ball State University and is a CPA.

Jill’s experience in C-suite and front line operational environments has enabled her to be an adviser and thought leader in people strategies development and culture transformation at Ontario Systems. She takes an innovative approach to employment branding, acquiring and developing talent, paired alongside programs and infrastructure focused on building a healthy, growing and engaged work environment. Through her tenure, Ontario Systems has been recognized as an Indiana Best Places to Work employer, Indiana Achieve Well 5 Star recipient and When Work Works award winner. In 2013, Jill was named Indiana's Human Resources Professional of the Year and a Bronze Stevie Award recipient. She holds a B.S. in Economics from Purdue University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources

Mike Meyer

Mike Meyer has spent 28 years in the ARM and Federal Government markets, specializing in large, complex business applications and implementations. An in-depth working knowledge of all Ontario Systems’ products and solutions – from collection systems to telephony – has made Mike an industry leader not only in technology, but overall strategy and operations. Mike holds a B.S. in Marketing and an M.S. in Information and Communication Science from Ball State University, and began his career with Ontario Systems in the client services division before moving to sales, where he served as a regional sales manager and senior director. Mike’s expertise in both marketing and technology capitalizes on his technical acumen, and ability to understand its effective application with Ontario Systems clients.

Customer service is Jay’s passion, and customer satisfaction has been the result since he joined Ontario Systems in 1994. His responsibilities ensure our clients are well-represented not only in the field, but in our board room, where their collective voice is heard not only by salespeople and support managers, but our leadership team. Jay has been the driving force behind many of Ontario Systems’ greatest service innovations, helping the organization to continually reinvent itself with customers in mind. Jay has served many roles here, including Client Executive and Vice President of Transformation, and holds a degree from the University of Louisville.

Steve Scibetta serves as general manager of the Ontario Systems healthcare business unit responsible for both its daily operation, strategic direction, and financial results. The healthcare business unit assists the nation’s top providers in their management of receivables while delivering cost cutting automation. Scibetta offers more than 25 years of experience in software development, product management and customer service in the healthcare industry, and he strives to ensure Ontario Systems’ customers always remain on the cutting edge of accounts receivable management technology strategy. Steve is a member of HFMA and is certified in product management through Pragmatic Marketing.

Casey has more than 15 years of combined experience with Ontario Systems in sales, marketing and product management. Connecting our corporate activities to business outcomes, his teams formulate new product strategies, create lead generation, and drive branding and creative services efforts. His go-to-market experience in the banking and finance spaces in the United States and United Kingdom offer a unique perspective to his company and leadership team. Casey earned a B.S. from Miami University (Ohio) in Business and Management Information Systems.

Michael Wolfe

Michael has spent more than 12 of his 18+ years in technology leadership with Ontario Systems, lending expertise to dozens of initiatives that have helped solve the most complex business problems for, and with our clients. He is currently the General Manager for the Ontario Systems Federal Government Business Unit, and also leads the company’s Innovation team with an eye on the future. His focus lies on open, loyal relationships with customers, which he sees as the foundation for constant improvement across the enterprise. Michael studied electrical engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Ball State University.
