Indian River County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller Set to Implement RevQ+® for Improved Efficiency and Constituent Service

MUNCIE, Ind. (January 30, 2020) – Ontario Systems, a leading provider of enterprise software that automates complex workflows and accelerates revenue recovery for clients in the healthcare, accounts receivable management (ARM), and government markets, has been chosen by the Indian River County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller in Vero Beach, Florida to help streamline and enhance compliance operations through the implementation of Ontario Systems’ RevQ+ software.

With the goal of nurturing compliance by helping constituents meet their financial obligations more easily, the Indian River County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller will use the RevQ+ solution to engage constituents via text messaging, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and automated payment options. The platform will enable constituents to receive automatic payment reminders and notices and use self-service tools to manage their accounts, thus improving efficiency, service quality, and compliance results.
“As public servants, our duty is to help our constituents resolve their cases as quickly as possible,” says Indian River County Clerk of the Circuit Court Jeffrey R. Smith, CPA, CGFO, CGMA. “By empowering individuals to communicate and pay on their terms, RevQ+ will reduce the need for driver’s license suspensions and outside collection agencies—a welcome change benefiting our constituents and the public at large.”
The office’s RevQ+ implementation, which is scheduled to begin in March, will also reduce employee burdens. Automated workflows will eliminate repetitive, time-consuming tasks, while self-service account management tools will free staff to assist with more complex cases.
“RevQ+ will help us make best use of our limited resources,” says Chief Deputy Courts & Recording Cindy Carlsward. “Without automation, meeting administrative demands has been a struggle for our small staff. They haven’t had enough time to devote to nurturing compliance. We look forward to changing the equation and providing more hands-on, high-quality constituent service.”
“We’re honored to partner with the Indian River County Clerk’s office to help the team advance their service and operational goals,” says Ontario Systems Vice President and General Manager Jay Moorman. “The changes they’ll see right away with the RevQ+ solution will translate to a more nurturing constituent experience and stronger service to the public. We’re excited about what lies ahead for them in the near future and in the years to come.”
