Leon County Clerk and Comptroller Plans to Complete the Office’s Transition to RevQ+® by August 2020

MUNCIE, Ind. (May 7, 2020) – Ontario Systems, a leading provider of enterprise software that automates complex workflows and accelerates revenue recovery for clients in the government, healthcare, and accounts receivable management (ARM) markets, has begun working with Leon County, Florida, to implement the RevQ+ software solution in an effort to enhance the county’s constituent engagement and compliance efforts while improving operational efficiency.

Leon County Clerk and Comptroller Gwen Marshall chose the RevQ+ solution to meet the office’s goals of reducing operating costs—particularly in the midst of COVID-19 challenges—while offering greater conveniences to constituents who owe fines and fees. With the RevQ+ platform, Leon County will be able to process payments made from any location via text message, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or automated payment option. Constituents will also receive automatic payment reminders and notices as well as manage their own accounts through an online portal.

“We needed technology like RevQ+ to improve our compliance process and constituent service in ways that conserve resources,” Marshall says. “Given the tremendous impact of COVID-19, this change comes at just the right moment. We know RevQ+ is going to make life simpler and easier for our employees and our constituents in these uncertain times.”

Scheduled to be fully operating by August, the RevQ+ platform will introduce a variety of time-saving conveniences for Leon County staff. In addition to constituent self-service tools that reduce the need for live support, automated workflows will eliminate repetitive manual tasks and reduce time spent on reporting and other complex processes from hours to minutes.
