“ARM Perspectives, A Podcast for Collections Professionals” will feature conversations and topics impacting the ARM industry

In episode 1, “Digital Communications and the BCFP: Reading the Regulatory Crystal Ball,” Mike Gibb, editor at, talks with Andersen and Angie Erwin, Ontario Systems program manager of compliance and security, about their recent meeting with the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (BCFP) to discuss issues surrounding texting and emailing consumers.
