Texting, consumer portal, and payment service solutions among innovative offerings now available to Ontario Systems customers

(MUNCIE, Ind. – October 23, 2018) – Ontario Systems, a leading provider of enterprise revenue cycle management software to the healthcare, accounts receivable management, and government markets, recently announced the availability of three new Ontario Cloud™-based solutions. The announcement was made last week at PowerUp 2018, the company’s annual education and customer conference, which hosted over 500 people in downtown Indianapolis.

During the conference’s opening general session, Casey Stanley, Ontario Systems’ Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, revealed the company’s launch of its texting, portal, and payment solutions: Ontario Omni™ Text, Ontario Omni™ Portal, and Ontario Pay™. “The introduction of these offerings, built and delivered in the Ontario Cloud environment, is a tangible step forward in our shared product strategy,” Stanley said. “The Ontario Cloud brand promise is to more rapidly innovate across our market verticals and platforms, which will make it faster and easier for our customers to adopt new solutions. The Ontario Omni™ and Ontario Pay™ services are evidence of our follow-through on that promise.”

The new cloud-based services exist within two sets of solutions, Ontario Omni and Ontario Pay. Ontario Omni includes features and solutions that relate to omnichannel consumer communications, while Ontario Pay encompasses features and solutions that drive the business processes surrounding payment capabilities.

Harrington said this is just the first round of Ontario Systems’ cloud-based solutions to be introduced to clients and that the company continues to develop a modern ecosystem for shared and integrated products and capabilities. “Our plan is to incrementally make new feature sets and applications available in the Cloud so clients can add or enhance their systems without disrupting their business to leap to the cloud infrastructure all at once,” he said.
