Ontario Systems places on Indiana Chamber’s list for fifth consecutive year

MUNCIE, Ind. (February 22, 2019) – Ontario Systems, a leading provider of case management and enterprise revenue cycle management software to the healthcare, accounts receivable management, and government markets, announced today that it has been named to the 14th annual list of the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. Following its You-Powered talent credo, Ontario Systems credits its staff and its unique culture for the honor.

“At Ontario Systems, our culture means everything to us,” says Jill Lehman, Ontario Systems Chief People Officer. “And at the heart of our culture is our people. They are what make our business and customers successful, and our local communities better,” says Jill Lehman, Ontario Systems Chief People Officer. “This recognition is a direct reflection of our people. We are humbled to be included on this list for the fifth consecutive year.”

“As a 20+ year employee of Ontario Systems and a senior leader in this organization, I’m deeply passionate about, and take great pride in, the investment we put into our culture,” says Jason Harrington, Ontario Systems President.  “To see that our associates consistently share the same opinion and belief in the people, clients and community we support is the most satisfying measure of success we can have as an organization.”

Ontario Systems was named a Best Place to Work in Indiana in the large company category, reflecting its current head count of more than 450 associates. Eligible companies in the category included those representing 250-999 U.S. employees, while small companies, medium companies, and major companies represented 15-74, 75-249, and 1,000+ employees, respectively.

“Ontario Systems has a rich history of devotion to its employees and community” said Mason Hammock, a strategy data analyst who started with Ontario Systems in 2016. “From the start of my career, I have been treated as valuable member of the team and have experienced direct investment in both my professional and personal advancement.”

Headquartered in Muncie, Indiana, Ontario Systems also has an office in Vancouver, Washington, and with the 2018 acquisition of Justice Systems, a court case management provider in the government market, added Albuquerque, New Mexico, to its list of locations. With three office locations, and remote associates all over the country, Ontario Systems has more than 450 employees.

“As a remote employee, I appreciate the trust and flexibility that Ontario Systems extends to me to do my job, and the collaboration tools and technology they make available to stay engaged with our teams,” says Amanda Secrest, a managing consultant with the client onboarding team.

“I’ve been with Ontario Systems for almost 18 years,” Secrest continued. “This company has been my extended family for almost half of my life and has given me so many opportunities to grow my skills and talents over the years. The friendships I have made are invaluable, and that is a testament to our culture.”

Company rankings will be unveiled April 30 at an awards dinner at the Indiana Convention Center in downtown Indianapolis, sponsored by Ivy Tech Community College. Click here to learn more about the Indiana Chamber’s 2019 Best Places to Work listings.
