Leading revenue recovery software provider credits talent credo and people for unique culture four years running
MUNCIE, Ind. (May 4, 2018) – Ontario Systems, a leading provider of enterprise revenue cycle management software to the healthcare, accounts receivable management, and government markets, has been ranked #22 on the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s “Best Places to Work in Indiana” list in the large company category. This is the fourth year in a row Ontario Systems has been included in The Chamber’s rankings, once again crediting its staff and You-Powered Talent Credo for the honor.

All of the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Indiana were announced on February 22, with The Chamber selecting winners from four categories: small companies of between 15 and 74 U.S. employees; medium companies of between 75 and 249 U.S. employees; large companies of between 250 and 999 U.S. employees; and major companies with 1,000 or more U.S. employees. Out-of-state parent companies were eligible to participate if at least 15 of their full-time employees are in Indiana.
Ontario Systems partners BLASTmedia, Lessonly and FirstPerson were also named by the Indiana Chamber, along with Muncie neighbors Accutech, First Merchants Bank and Mutual Bank.
