Dauchot honored at the company’s annual PowerUp customer conference

 

CORONADO, Calif. (August 28, 2019) – Ontario Systems, a leading provider of enterprise software that automates operations and improves revenue recovery for clients in the healthcare, accounts receivable management (ARM), and government markets, presented its fifth annual Pinnacle Award to Parallon Revenue Cycle Point Solutions (RCPS) CEO Shannon Dauchot during a general session at PowerUp, Ontario Systems’ annual customer conference.

Ontario Systems’ Pinnacle Award recognizes individuals from among the company’s customers and valued partners who have made significant achievements in innovation, technology, and leadership over the course of their career. Dauchot received this year’s Pinnacle Award based on the professional achievements and growth she has achieved in the 15 years her organization and Ontario Systems have worked in partnership.

“Shannon is an accomplished leader, innovator, and visionary, and we are thankful for the opportunity to work with her,” said Jason Harrington, President and CEO of Ontario Systems. “Throughout Shannon’s distinguished two-decade career in various healthcare finance leadership positions, she has greatly influenced and advanced the collections industry as a whole.”

Prior to serving as CEO of Parallon RCPS, where she is responsible for driving innovation and growth and ensuring world-class customer service for Parallon’s clients and their patients, Dauchot also served as CFO of the Tampa Bay Shared Service Center, COO of the Shared Services Division, and both SVP of Client Relations and Regional CEO of a Shared Service Center that served a $3 billion, 22-hospital health system.

In 2018, Dauchot was recognized by ACA International as one of the “20 Most Powerful Women in Collections,” and Becker’s Hospital Review included her on its list of “Female Vendor RCM Leaders to Know.” Under Dauchot’s tenure at Parallon RCPS, the organization has been ranked among the “Best Places to Work in Collections” (insideARM, 2019) and achieved excellent financial results.
