New and upcoming product and service offerings take center stage at three-day customer event in Coronado, California
CORONADO, Calif. (August 27, 2019) – Ontario Systems, a leading provider of enterprise software that automates operations and improves revenue recovery for clients in the healthcare, accounts receivable management (ARM), and government markets, is currently hosting more than 700 attendees from across the U.S. along with 30+ corporate vendors at PowerUp, the company’s annual customer conference. This year’s PowerUp, which is Ontario Systems’ 30th annual event, is taking place August 26–28 at the Hotel del Coronado in Coronado, California.
Court case management and revenue collection professionals in the healthcare, ARM, and government sectors are attending educational sessions and workshops to hear from experts about the state of the industry as well as recommended practices for streamlining operations, managing compliance, and improving collection results. For the fifth consecutive year, Ontario Systems has presented Pinnacle and Hall of Fame Awards to customers who have achieved breakthrough business success. This year marks PowerUp’s largest customer gathering yet, with conference registrations up 20 percent over 2018.
“We see PowerUp as a wonderful opportunity to help our customers stay on top of critical issues as well as improvements that can unleash growth,” said Casey Stanley, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Ontario Systems. “It’s also a great time to introduce our customers to technologies that can help them transform the way they operate and compete.”
PowerUp attendees are learning about Ontario Systems’ latest product innovations including Ontario Omni®, the company’s automated cloud-based contact management platform, as well as other solutions currently in development. Ontario Omni, which includes text and portal and will soon add email, voice, and A.I. offerings, is both a rebranding and ongoing expansion of Ontario Systems’ Contact Savvy® solutions.
“We’re excited to present Ontario Omni, the first contact management platform of its kind,” said Samantha Harris, Product Manager at Ontario Systems. “It’s automated, cloud based, and fully integrated, and it makes compliance management easy. New virtual tools, which are on the horizon, will help ARM companies further enhance their omnichannel communication strategies.”
Ontario Systems also is showcasing new offerings such as the Artiva Magnify™ solution, a healthcare accounts receivable solution designed to optimize collector performance and results, and the RevQ+® system, a case management and compliance-nurturing platform that can maximize resources, boost revenue recovery, and improve the constituent experience for state and local governments. In addition, conference attendees are learning about two new customer-centered initiatives: the Ontario Certified program, our newest training and certification program, and Ontario Systems’ Salesforce Community for enhanced customer support.
“As innovators, product developers, and industry and IT specialists working on our customers’ behalf, we’ve had a very busy and exciting year,” said Dan Womack, Senior Director of Software Engineering at Ontario Systems. “We’re excited to bring our customers up to speed at PowerUp, as they directly inform and ultimately benefit from the products, solutions, and improvements we provide.”
